Summary:
A simple script to convert raw APRS data from http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/raw.cgi
to the http://tiger.census.gov/cgi-bin/mapsurfer map format.

- wget http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/raw.cgi?call=K4HG

- perl aprs2tiger.pl > myfile.tiger
- mv myfile.tiger /path/to/web/directory
- Add the URL to your myfile.tiger into the "Marker URL" field on the
tiger page.

Known Bugs:
- Only supports some APRS packet data types (specifically the ones
that my tracker generates).
